Welcome! New patients are always welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Bring your current glasses or contacts, a list of any medications, and your insurance card. If you have a referral from another provider, please bring that as well.
Note: A comprehensive eye exam may take 30–60 minutes. Please plan accordingly.
